*N Sync - “(God Must Have Spent) A Little More Time On You”

This song is so barftastic. Honestly, could it get any sappier? And I must say, the title is the perfect length. Not too long at all.

The best part is that it sounds like just another mediocre boy band ballad until we get the chorus. With lines like “Your love is like a river, peaceful and deep. Your soul is like a secret that I never could keep,” how could any middle-school girl resist?

Oh JT, you can navigate my river any day.
